Institutional Background
Ribat Al-Musawa is a madrasah rooted in the teachings of Ahli Sunnah Wal Jamaah, emphasizing spiritual discipline and traditional Islamic values in its educational approach.
Founding Purpose
Established in 2021 by Tuan Guru YM Al-Habib Abdurrahman Bin Umar Al-Musawa to produce scholars and preachers who uphold and spread the teachings of Prophet Muhammad SAW.
Shariah Learning Approach
Students study Islamic jurisprudence through the Talaqqi method, an in-person, face-to-face learning system to preserve the authenticity of traditional Islamic scholarship.
Reference Texts
The core material used is the Turath (yellow) book, which serves as a foundational reference for students learning classical Islamic sciences and knowledge.
Arabic Language Environment
Arabic is the primary language used in daily communication and learning activities, helping students achieve fluency as part of their religious education.
Arabic Entry Program
New students undergo a three-month preparatory course to build basic Arabic skills before fully engaging in the madrasah’s academic and spiritual curriculum.
The registration was approved and signed on 9th October 2023, symbolizing our lawful status and dedication to the development of Islamic education in Malaysia.
